It is important that everyone contact their Representative and ask that they vote against the Rule. A vote on the Rule is a procedural vote. If the rule is NOT adopted the Crime Bill will probably be sent back to Conference for further negotiations. If the Rule is voted favorably then there will be a vote on the Conference version of the Crime Bill. Also request that your representative vote against the Crime Bill itself. Please call your two US Senators and ask that they support a filibuster against the Crime Bill as well as voting against the Crime Bill.
