at "gopher://ncjrs.aspensys.com:71/11/5" there is a connect to a 
telnet BBS. The URL is:

telnet://ncjrs@ncjrsbbs.aspensys.com:23/

This however doesn't work for netscape and any of the 
telnet servers I have on my system.
Using WINQVT v3.9 i started a session at URL "ncjrsbbs.aspensys.com" 
and used the login name "ncjrs".  It wants you to if you are a 
registered user. answer no and give them your lifes history and the 
you can play on their billboard.

  from the main menu select 
  publications, proudcts and services  then
  full text of publications then
  reference & statistics 
  
  where the file resides.

There is lots of really good stuff there! and if you have x-y or z 
modem or ftp you can down load it or just dump it to your screen and 
have the logger capture it.
