Assemblymembers Boland and Bowler made testifying very unpleasant for the witnesses from Handgun Control, Inc. and the San Francisco Police Department. AB 634 (Caldera) - would repeal state preemption for firearm laws. Is scheduled for hearing on May 9. This is a terrible bill that would allow local governments to enact any type of gun control ordinance they choose.
