ECR, SERVICES - LEGISLATION FAX ALERT February 7, 1995 San Diego Union-Tribune - February 7, 1995 "Bay City, Mich - The National Rifle Association plans to challenge Congress' ban on certain assault-style weapons in federal court today, asking a judge in Bay City to declare the law unconstitutionally vague. The 1994 law's definition of an assault weapon is too fuzzy for people who make, buy and sell guns to know whether they're breaking the law, said the NRA. The law bans the manufacture, sale and possession of 19 firearms, copies of the banned weapons, and magazines holding more than 10 rounds." -------- YEAH! ec roberts Armed and Safe email: ArmedAndSafe@tomlinson.com **** Don't Tread on ME! **** EC Roberts email:ecr@tomlinson.com US mail: 9050 Flanders Drive, San Diego California, 92126 phone: 619-578-3269 Fax: 619-578-5224 **** Don't Tread on ME! ****
