Subject: ALERT: If you know of BATF requesting floor plans, please let us know

NRA has heard accounts that BATF is now requesting floor plans from
FFLs. BATF's justification for requesting floor plans of business
locations of FFLs may be based on the provisions in the Brady Law that
deal with theft of firearms from licensed dealers, manufacturers and
importers. If you are aware of any instances where BATF has requested
that an FFL or any other individual turn over their floor plans, we
would be interested in receiving any documentation or information on
this matter. You may fax any such information to NRA-ILA Federal
