Getting started on WWW (assuming you have or can get an IP feed):

If you don't already have it, get a copy of NetScape; it's the
best WWW browser:

  ftp://ftp.mcom.com/netscape/

NetScape has lots of built in help (hypertext of course, 
some to mcom.com) 

Then for more information about Web publishing see:

See "servers" for httpd daemons you need for providing http over
the net.
