I'm currently completing my portion of it; 24 lawyers have signed-on, though it was actually written by Don Kates. There are 5 amici: Academics for the Second Amendment, Congress of Racial Equality, National Association of Chiefs of Police, American Federation of Police, and the Second Amendment Foundation. The SAF is funding the brief, and everyone who cares about gun rights and individual rights should send them a contribution and thanks for their support. They do more for litigation of this sort than any other organization, having recently funded the Colt Sporter lawsuit that could overturn Roberti-Roos and the LA CCW lawsuit that could eventually result in a non-discretionary CCW statute for CA.
